Why?
I started working out in high school and I fell in love with it. I wish I would have had a proper coach at the time to show me what to do and what not to do. Now, I want to be that person for other people. I don’t want you to waste years of effort doing the wrong thing the wrong way.
I want working with me to be an enjoyable experience that brings results. I want working with YOU to be the same. I want to work with those who are ready to make a change and lock in. People who have found their WHY for working out and being in shape. Something that motivates them to get off the couch and consistently show up for themselves.
For some, it’s wanting to be a better parent, or to be an active grandparent. Some want to be sure they are sharp and dialed as they can be in the office. Others want to dominate whatever sport or physical pursuit they love. Some are tired of what they see in the mirror everyday. Find your why, and it becomes easier from there.
